Our Story

Brothers From Another Mother

In the winter of 2018, Jason Knutson and Dennis Muchow met at real estate school in Fort Myers. They became Realtors, built their careers side by side and stayed close friends, even after joining different brokerages. On a trip to Las Vegas in 2021, they kept coming back to the same problem: their clients were unhappy with the property management they were getting. So they built the company they wished their clients had. Gulf Property Alliance was founded on a simple promise: five-star service at a fair price, with fast responses and honest answers for every owner and every guest.

How We Host

Local Roots, Hotel-Bred Hospitality

Dennis has called Southwest Florida home since 1993 and grew up in a family that owned and operated hotels. That background shapes every stay we host: clear communication, attention to detail and relationships over transactions. Today we care for vacation homes across Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach and North Fort Myers, many with heated pools, canal views and boat docks. We personally coordinate every check-in and check-out, answer questions quickly and keep each home in top shape with trusted local pros. Your only job is to enjoy the Gulf Coast.

Dennis Muchow

A Southwest Florida local since 1993, Dennis grew up in his family's hotel business and brings that hospitality-first mindset to every home we manage. Licensed since 2018, he has sold over $50 million in residential real estate and helped hundreds of buyers and sellers across Cape Coral, Fort Myers and Naples. He co-founded Gulf Property Alliance to give owners reliable management and guests a five-star stay, built on clear communication and attention to detail.
